MentecPlus provide a full range of training courses covering all of the products and services that we supply. These courses range from beginners to advanced levels and include:
- Microsoft Dynamics GP – all modules
- Agresso Business World – all modules
- Report Writers – Excelerator, ARC, Reporting Services
Each course can be tailored to meet your own needs and can be delivered in a classroom setting or on a one-to-one basis. We will provide customised courses on the customer’s site where requested.
All courses are held at our modern, up-to-date training facility at MentecPlus. There is a workstation per delegate and the NetSupport master/slave system permits the tutor to broadcast to each workstation simultaneously or individually. Full accreditation is provided on completion of the relevant courses.
All courses are presented by members of our professional services team who, on a daily basis, are either involved with implementing of the system at customer sites, or with the provision of product, technical or support to users on the MentecPlus Help Desk.
