In addition to our standard product maintenance and support services we offer a wide range of professional support services including application consultancy, technical assistance, user support, training both on-site and in formal classrooms, software development and end-user reporting.

Our customer support centre is based in Dublin and provides for a combination of telephone-based assistance, electronic call logging, self-help and monitoring, remote access support and when necessary, on-site assistance.

Our support staff are trained professionals in their respective areas of expertise and have many years of experience in dealing with people of varying degrees of technical knowledge. Having worked with mission-critical systems for many years they understand the need to respond and resolve critical issues quickly and efficiently.
